Singapore Science Centre

Singapore Science Centre is located at Jurong Town Hall Road/ Science Centre Road. The nearest MRT/ bus interchange is Jurong East. It takes about 10 minutes by walk from Jurong East interchange to the science centre. The science centre also features an omni-theatre within the same campus. The Omni-Theatre is equipped with state-of-the-art IMAX technology which delivers movies through the combination of specially designed facilities like 5-storey dome screen, seating configuration and digital sound system.

Operating Hours
The science centre is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The omni-theatre is open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. BOth the science centre and the omni-theatre are closed on Mondays except during school holidays and public holidays.

  • Water Works is an educational, fun and interactive space based on the theme of Water. Water Works is hosted by Science Centre in partnership with Public Utilies Board (PUB). Children can enjoy, get wet and play in water at exhibits like Water Clock, Water Loop, Water Maze, Water Rockets, Water Saver and so on. A giant dryer is also provided to blow-dry yourself before you leave. Change rooms are also available.

Facilities
The Science Centre also includes McDonald's, which is located right at the entrance and makes it much more interesting for children.
